At Roots & Raw, we offer FREE SHIPPING across Pakistan on all orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, Roots & Raw is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Roots & Raw may not be responsible for additional costs or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
